According to my lived experiences, I could realize that I have to reinforce my attitudes and capacities of resilience and resistance, I must improve my assertive communication and improve in the actions that direct my work situations, since in some work aspects, I worked very hard, and I had heavy workloads, without thinking about my physical and mental health. I should take some vacations after that experience.
