     Think about an experience at work where you were flexible and adapted to a new situation or a change in the process.     Now answer:   1.     What was the result of the experience? In February 2023, I started a new position at a prestigious company. In this role, I worked under pressure and learned to prioritize activities, thus gauging my abilities. 2.     How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? Allowed me to realize that humans have the ability to adapt to different environments, as long as they are motivated to grow and become better." 3.     Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?   To better face this situation, I feel that I need to change the way I communicate, as it was one of the challenges I encountered in order to perform well in my new job.       

  1.     How can you be environmentally friendly at work? At my workplace, it is customary not to have a trash bin in order to reduce pollution. We also reuse paper sheets that still have a clean side to print on. 2.       What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees? A company could offer incentives such as ecological outings, awards focused on environmental care like bicycles, days off, gym passes, among others. 3.     In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?   The companies can involve their employees in environmental issues in various ways, training them in environmental topics, supporting and encouraging employees to participate, and providing incentives.
