1.    What was the result of the experience?

In February 2023, I started a new position at a prestigious company. In this role, I worked under pressure and learned to prioritize activities, thus gauging my abilities.

2.    How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

Allowed me to realize that humans have the ability to adapt to different environments, as long as they are motivated to grow and become better."

3.    Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?  

To better face this situation, I feel that I need to change the way I communicate, as it was one of the challenges I encountered in order to perform well in my new job.
